I recently spent a few days in Sorrento, and it was truly one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve had. Thanks to Sorrento Colors&Suites, Our accommodations were excellent: clean, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance to the main square and marina. The host/staff were incredibly helpful, offering tips on local spots, arranging a fabulous dinner, and making sure we felt at home with our last minute booking, this was a surprise Birthday Trip for my boyfriend and we loved our accommodations. Cant wait to return

It’s an Airbnb and not a hotel . The apartment is well located close to the main amenities and transport. Spacious room & balcony in a safe neighbourhood. Directions provided could have been clearer, it took us a while to find the place . Also info provided regarding bus to Naples airport was incorrect. Friendly service though

Building location is good near train station an many restaurants. You must have communication with owner prior to going as google maps will not find it. You will not get assistance from locals as no one will have heard of it. There is just one very small sign. The exterior pics don’t match either But other than that we had good stay

The location was great and the AC in the unit worked really well. However, the shower flooded the bathroom as soon as the water was turned on and the bathroom door kept locking automatically. Very random sewage smell throughout the room. Electricity went out in the building but was resolved within 30 minutes.

Well located but there is no Breakfast!

We arrived but were lucky to find someone to call and inform us that we arrived at the location. I had paid for breakfast but unfortunately there was no coffee service. Some photos showed juice and bread on the building's balcony. It also showed a small kitchen in the Apt but there was none in our room. The place is super well located and clean but we were disappointed because it showed the option with breakfast included and there was none!

Room was good, clean, larger than average for Italy. Nice balcony. Kitchenette was very convenient. Some of the dishes were not well cleaned, but dish soap and a rag were provided. Stayed in late February 2024, construction in building made sleeping in and a restful day impossible. Not the fault of the hotel, so I don’t want to hold it against them.

The room was nice, however, we were given a smaller room than what we originally booked. The other issue was that the bed had a split down the middle that was very uncomfortable. Our desk clerk was accessible thru WhatsApp and helped us with questions or concerns when we reached out. The hotel is located on the main street in Sorrento on a more quieter end of the street which was great for sleeping and accessible to all the activities and restaurants in Sorento. I would stay here again but only if I could have a better or newer bed.

NO breakfast is provided, despite what it says when you book. The staff acknowledge that their listing is incorrect luckily expedia is great and rectified the situation. The room is basic and is with 4 other rooms. They are situated very close to one another so I am very glad our neighbours were quiet. This was fine for a one night stay, but I would not stay here for anything more. It's too basic for the price. The light was falling off the wall in our room. To check-in you must call a phone number to let you in however, it's difficult for tourists without access to a phone. Location is very convenient to the bus/train station and to the main shopping area. It was good for our one night stay before we continued to the Amalfi Coast.

Free breakfast advertised however not included, just coffee. Room advertised as having a spa bath, its has no jets just a large tub. Other reviews state a sewage smell in the room, this is correct. Noisy reception in the mornings. Cleaner was lovely, secure complex, room was also nice in terms of cleanliness and style - Expedia was able to credit me for the discrepancies in advertisement.

Amazing bath

This place was great. It is essentially an apartment with a foyer area with a coffee machine etc. They will meet you on arrival and arrange very handy valet parking if needed. Breakfast is brought to your room in the morning which you can enjoy on the large balcony. Couldn't fault this place, one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. Worth it just for the bath.

We were having a hard time finding the property. Google map took us to another location. the exterior images are not from the place and it is confusing. we were having a hard time finding the place. there was no breakfast and basically it is a private appointment in a big residential building and they turned into hotel. each room has turned into one unit.

Pros: location was awesome. Greeting at check in. Very clean. Cleaner there daily. Free water and snacks. Coffee machine. Cons: it’s a room within a suite with a shared hallway. You can hear everything, walls are paper thin. When someone opens the door to the hallway, sings, talks, etc. which isnt ideal when trying to get sleep or rest.

ItaliaRail went on strike the morning we were to leave to Sorrento. Called Sorrento Colors & Suites advising that we couldn't make our reservation & requested our money reimbursed. We were told they needed 24 hours advance notice for cancellation. We further explained we didn't know 24 hours in advance of train strike. They did not give our money back. Very dissappointed.

Definitely The one responsible there Relais del corso doesn't know what is hospitality or how to talk to a guest! Never replies to our emails, insta, WhatsApp for how to get to the hotel! Till we arrived and kept searching in the sun after a long flight! And when finally answering the phone he doesn't want to give us direction till 3 pm! I kept saying we dont want to check in early ( which was 1 pm) we just want to know the direction!! finally he sent us pizza shop location infront of the hotel! pizza guy never heard about the place! I sent him to send a picture of the bldg! He said im coming! when he came he was so mad that we brought him from the beach!! and we shouldn't be here before 3pm! And he was rude impolite and threatening us if we kept talking or complaining he will leave us in the street till 3pm!!!!! I was shocked!! Like if we are staying for free!!! anyways its a rental room in an apartment of 2 rooms! In the third floor In a building in a compound with a gate! The room is big, clean and neat! The area is good around everything! A lady comes in the morning to clean Open the room with spare key! No extra door lock which is not ok! Breakfast at 8:30 is a croissant and coffee! Never saw him or anyone is available for any inquiry! We sent him whatsapp the next day asking for how to rent a boat to capri he said im out of service but you can text me! i can arrange it for you! Ok send us details and prices he never get back to us till now! Never again for sure!
