We travelled two families and booked an apartment with 4 bedrooms (shown on the FeWo website). When we arrived we have seen that the apartment has only 3 bedrooms and one sofa in the kitchen. We immediately called FeWo and asked for a solution. They did not help at all and did not offer any solution. Instead kept asking for a payment slip of our credit card. Forwarding the invoice of local agency was not enough. We were forced to spend the first night there because it was already 5 pm when we arrived. We send over 5 days everyday FeWo E-Mails with the request for help. Later FeWo rejected any compensation with the argument that we accepted the contract by staying in the apartment. But that was never told us neither on phone nor per E-Mail all the days. The "Booking with Trust Warranty" is worthless. Never again.
