良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
気になった点 : 清潔度
We had a nice time in Sorrento. The host was courteous and reached out to help us arrange transport and answer questions. The house had nice design, wifi, lovely paintings, was in good condition and very tidy. There’s a small fridge and pantry available.
Cons: cleanliness- while everything was tidy, the sheets needed to be washed again, which we did; the floor needed to be mopped properly; l house is dusty; the coffee machine /water boiler has calcified deposits. For anyone with accessibility needs or an injury, it’s hard to go up the hill to get home and also climb up the stairs with suitcases, which I ended up struggling with.
TLDR: Hosts are kind and Sorrento is lovely. As long as your expectations are managed you’ll have a nice stay. Wear earphones at night if loud sounds bother you. If you have accessibility needs, please reconsider. Otherwise, pleasant.
