"Wonderful hotel and staff. Very classy. The facilities and rooms were well maintained. There were vending machines, coin operated washers and dryers, and a Family Mart (combini) right next door. And then there’s the onsen (public bath) - separated by gender. Very rewarding experience. Clean and very relaxing. Plan on staying at this chain again whenever I come to Sapporo or Shinjuku…"

"Hotel was located nearJR Asahikawa Station about 150 m. Front officer has good service mind. Room cleanliness is OK. Hotel was make up room every 3 nights stay. Hotel was offered amenity kits."

"The staff was wonderful and the food was terrific! We had one gentleman at the morning breakfast buffet that was especially nice, friendly and helpful. His name is Takeshi Fugimoto. He was our favorite person! "
