"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days. "

"First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, had a little kitchenette too, very convenient. It's located near the Nakajima Park, great for a little walk in the evening. Pretty quiet as well, slightly away from the bustle in Susukino, but still within walking reach. To the Management: Please don't change anything, keep the property...

"Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email."

"繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。"

"We stayed as a family of four. The accommodation was clean, and it was comfortable to have two washstands and shower booths each. Also, the size of the refrigerator was large, and all kitchen items were prepared, so it was convenient. The accessibility was good in downtown Susukino and it was nice to be quiet because it was not too loud near the accommodation. Most of all, the host was very nice. One of us changed the schedule to arrive a day earlier, and the host responded really kindly. Thanks...
