Soquel Avenue Corridior Vacations from ￥163,960

I booked on Expedia, and the site said parking was $10, I was charged $15. I had no choice but to pay the extra. When checking in, there were employees at 2 different computers, I went toward the second computer and the employee instructed me that I would have to wait and the other guy would help me. The person in front of me at the other computer finished and so I proceeded to give them my name and the guy snapped back at me that this other person who was sitting behind me was next and that I would have to wait. Why didn't the first employee tell me that this other person was also waiting instead on indicating that I would be next. The guy who checked me in, did not need to snap at me, when it was my turn I had to tell him my name 3 times. Not impressed! The room was clean, but we could not get the water hot, a cold shower it was. We had to catch an early flight and when we left nobody was at the front desk to tell them that our room had no hot water.
