This beautiful 3 bedroom Townhome in Sooke, BC is the perfect place to start your Vancouver Island Vacation! 3 private bedrooms, queen sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, BBQ, balconies, full kitchen and living room, and stunning ocean and mountain views. Guests have access to two hot tubs on the property!
We are a pet friendly property!

Entire Townhome, two hot tubs on the property are available for guests to use. Parking for one spot in carport only, additional parking available for $20.35 a day in the guest parking lot via app

The resort is located in the small community of Sooke. There are a variety of fishing excursions available plus whale watching, kayaking, paddle-boarding on site. There are plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby.
The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town.

This was a family union to celebrate a birthday and meet with a family member. We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Lots of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We cooked, played games, enjoyed the views of the Harbour, took a walk to see the Seal pups, enjoyed the resort outdoor hot tub… Thank you Rick for welcoming us!

The property was very clean . The bedrooms spacious and comfortable . The living room was a bit tight for 6 people but we were out most of the day so not a big problem.Our unit was close to the Hot Tub which was a bonus.

Great location to see the potholes and Botanical Beach. Comfy beds and very comfy pillows. All that we needed in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Peek a view water view that was lovely. Felt safe and felt at home!

Would totally recommend!!

We loved this home for our group. Me and my son as well as my friend and her son so each of us moms got our own rooms and the boys shared. It was far enough out where you got to be out in nature and explore and then we could easily drive in to see everything in Victoria!! Love that there is so much nature so close…saw seals, jelly fish, crabs, heron, etc just off the dock!! The house was very clean and kept up well!! Love the black out shades!!

Great Property for a large group/family

this property was great for the 6 adults in our group who were using it as our home base for our motorcycle rides. The unit has everything that is required and everything is in very good shape. Very clean and tidy. The communication with the host was top notch. we would use this property again.
