Upon arrival, we were disappointed that none of the hotel staff at the reception desk spoke Cantonese nor English. We resorted to voice translation on the phone, which was very inconvenient. Our reservation clearly indicated 3 adults, and housekeeping arrived with a rollaway cot bed; however, the cot was hard and squeaky. The reservation also indicated special refreshments for this room rate and nothing was provided except for a few cans of soda in the fridge. We were disappointed based on their advertisement and what was actually provided.

Looks amazing and you may take magnificent photos. The city view is another thing worth seeing.Also you will find a pond with hundreds of turtles 🐢
