"We booked through Expedia and should have had a rate of 280 per night the hotel charges many many fees on top like a room service fee and room access fee which brought our nightly total up to 450..
Staff are rude and using the spa area was like being inspected ervy minute wasn't luxurious at all . Why have spa and sauna if your going to make it so difficult to access
The buffet breakfast was great but pricey 55 per night
Expedia are now help as to why my stay went from 800 to 1600 dollar stay....will never return or use Expedia again ."

"We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time.
I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won.
one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel.
we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view.
we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there. "
