Villa Bon Temps Pula Rustic is situated on a huge 15,000 m² plot of land. You can park your car right next to the house; a small staircase leads up to the front door. Let's first take a look at the outside area: from the large sun terrace you have a fantastic view over the property and the picturesque landscape. An 8 x 4 metre pool with a tiered floor offers welcome cooling and water fun for the whole family, especially on hot summer days. Right next to the pool you will find comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe to your heart's content. The large dining table in the shade of a parasol is a cosy place for breakfast. It is particularly nice in the evening when you can watch the sun set over the Serres de Llevant mountain range while enjoying a cool drink. The house also has a charcoal barbecue, ideal for barbecuing fresh fish and other delicious delicacies. From the terrace, a staircase leads down to an inner courtyard, which is ideal for playing football, for example. The property has access to beautiful hiking trails that lead through unspoilt nature.



All rooms in this 150 m² property are located on the ground floor. The living area with its bright, modern design, cosy sofa group and large dining table is directly connected to the open-plan kitchen. Beamed ceilings, white furniture, beige and grey tones and indirect light sources create an inviting atmosphere. A large flat-screen TV is also available. If you prefer to surf the internet without data volume, you can look forward to the Wi-Fi connection: you can share your holiday photos with your loved ones at home. The kitchen with bar area has a large fridge, oven and microwave. The villa's three bedrooms are decorated in bright colours. Two bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms and small terraces. The other bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can regulate the temperature in all bedrooms so that you don't break out in a sweat even when it's very hot.



Your holiday home is located in a rural setting, nestled in beautiful nature: the scent of wild fennel, rosemary plants, pine trees and oleanders combine with the salty Mediterranean air to create the unmistakable fragrance of the Serres de Llevant, which run parallel to the eastern section of the coast. The proximity to the sea and to a number of beautiful small towns and villages that have retained the essence of Mallorca make this property particularly attractive for active holidaymakers who want to pack a lot in. Thanks to the good transport links, you can be at the beautiful Costa dels Pins in less than 10 minutes. There you can stroll through a dreamy coastal resort past impressive villas or enjoy the turquoise waters and incredible sandy beach. The popular Canyamel bay with sun loungers and showers is also not far away. In the nearby holiday resort of San Lorenzo, there is a very special weekly market every Thursday: organic products take centre stage at this ecological market, as well as handicrafts and locally grown wine. There are also several golf courses with varied fairways in the region. Built in 2017, Villa Bon Temps Pula Rustic is set in beautiful natural surroundings in a secluded rural location near the holiday resort of Son Servera on the east coast of Mallorca. In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the Coasta dels Pins with its turquoise blue water, fine sand and the legendary Bar Playa. The popular Pula Golf is even nearby, one of the most challenging golf courses on the island. There are numerous shops and wonderful weekly markets in the surrounding villages.
