"L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"Nuestra estancia en el Inturotel Cala Esmeralda durante los últimos 4 días. Solo para compartir un poco de nuestra historia: mi esposa y yo realmente necesitábamos esto. Llevamos casados más de cinco años y tuvimos un año muy difícil debido a mis problemas de salud. Nos sentimos como en casa y muy bien atendidos. Pudimos hacer ejercicio, comer bien y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y playas de Mallorca. Es un lugar increíble. Fue una gran transición hacia la nueva etapa que nos espera. Por muy increíble que sea este hotel (con su hermoso diseño, comodidades y confort), no sería lo que es sin las personas que lo hacen funcionar. Es increíble ver a un grupo tan diverso de personas trabajando juntas con un trabajo en equipo tan fluido. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles caros por todo el mundo, pero nunca he visto un equipo tan bueno como el de aquí. "We had a lovely last-minute stay at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - we loved our garden suite and enjoyed our private sun loungers. Although it is a newer and larger hotel, the atmosphere invokes old world charm, and the waterfall-lined pathways were a pleasure to navigate. And we have a new appreciation for Spanish food: the food in all the restaurants was delicious, even at the pool bar. We definitely hope to come again."

"The location is amazing, with such a gorgeous little Cala across the road. We loved that you can use the spa, included in your stay, and the buffet breakfast not only has a huge selection, of good quality products, but there is even Cava to toast with! The staff were all lovely and as we stayed in April, the price point was incredible value. I will only say a few things let it down - no shampoo in the bathroom (only one shower gel), the rain shower was so weak, and the towels maybe we brand new as they left white bits all over our skin and just slid over us rather than actually drying us if that makes sense. So the actually bathroom experience was really bad, and a few simples fixes could make this hotel a 10/10."

"The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer. The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!"

"Lovely breakfast - excellent choice. Dinner at the hotel was also good. Beautiful view of the sea and spacious apartment. Was a bit disappointed that we left early on the last day at 7.45, breakfast was available from 8 am and when we informed reception the night before, they only offered us the option of a magdalena and coffee. We didn’t bother with that."
