"The apartment itself was a good size there was only the two of us, but I think would be cramped for 6 people. The apartment had everything we needed. The swimming pool complex is under construction which we were aware of before we booked, however the restaurants have limited service We went to buy a take out pizza at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a pizza chef working that day. "While this property had many good points there was one bad point which is a big problem. Veronique and her husband were very good hosts. They let us check in early. The hot tub was great. The beds were comfortable. Great location for the beach. Bikes to use to cycle to town just 5-10 minutes. Small but well equipped kitchen/dining/lounge. The outside space would benefit from decking over the whole area as the grass was sparse and not nice to walk on...but not a major issue. If you are allergic...

Staff very helpful - particularly Blaze (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside is that bedding and towels attract an extra change - it's within the detail of the Hotel listing so important that you read fully and consider taking your own if appropriate."

"Overall, poor late check-in experience, with staff expecting us to find a building 300m away and go to 2nd floor looking for a room, ourselves, until I demanded someone show us to the room. The room was only occupied room in an otherwise empty property, with run-down and old apartment, fixtures and fittings. security door was also not working properly and held open with a bar. Staff were not responsive during the restaurant, with expansive French food, with little/no choice for vegetarian options, save for a Thai dish. Breakfast was also expansive, but location was good (on cliff to English Channel) and about 70miles from Calais."
