「I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.」

「Repairs were needed on entrance, bathroom, and sliding glass doors. Toilet did not work properly, we were not booked in a handicap room as our reservation specified. Maintenance was not done. The 1st room that we were given after pointing out we needed handicap accessable was not acceptable due to shrubbery grown up so tall the beach was not visible. Why pay for ocean front if you can't even see it. We were moved to a second room that had the above problems.」
