"Great hotel and service"

"Great location, staff, room and breakfast."

"I can’t begin to say how amazing our stay was here! The staff was UNBELIEVABLY KIND! They went out of their way to accommodate us and truly went above and beyond during our entire stay! One of the things that impressed me was that they are so intricate and detailed in their decor and their attention to detail, particularly for the breakfast was amazing! I have recommended this place to all of our friends and family and plan to come back here!"

"Affordable and great breakfast "

"Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The room was great but without ac, we had to sleep the window opened. Breakfast offers a large choice of sweet and salted food,"

"Great hotel, staff was really helpful."

"We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again."

"Friendly staff good location felt like home away from home."

"Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable room Great location"

"Great place to stay. Clean room, good size room, comfortable beds. The place was clean and very good location. The lady in charge very nice, very good breakfast. I totally recommend the place."

"Nice stay in a residential area with easy access to parking and Uber."

"Our room was unbearably hot. Imposible to sleep. Front desk’s response was that the city was unusually warm. Restaurant was very uneven, could be rated a 1 or a 5 depending on the day or meal."

"Hotel colonial"

"everyone was great"

"Loved our stayed at this hotel, highly recommended it if you’re traveling to Cuenca, Ecuador"

"Staff are service excellent "

"It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada ."

"Friendly respectful staff"
