"Amazing "

"A slightly disappointing stay, had expected better from a Hyatt. The internet was very poor in the hotel bedrooms, but worked fine in the lobby area. The room was very spacious, but the soundproofing was poor & could hear the crying/ screaming kids upstairs/ next door. The patio was very disappointing, just a narrow balcony with a view of a bush. The restaurant was good and the cafe shop & lobby area had nice seating. Overall I would not stay here again & it was not good value for money."

"Staff was great and breakfast was amazing easy parking too but the room smelt of mildew extremely bad making it hard to sleep and the bathroom had black mold in the shower and the hot tub and pool were super unsanitary and super mercky "

"Hotel is large and welcoming upon entry. Desk staff are very helpful with explaining all amenities and providing nearby charging stations for our electric rental car. Room is spacious. Door on bedroom makes it very helpful for families having closed off space while toddlers sleep in late. Plenty of space for toddler bed in the main bedroom. Pool clean and warm. Breakfast was fantastic. Hot breakfast (not just continental). Eggs cooked to order. Fresh fruits. Traditional breakfast fare. Hotel coffee was delicious (coming from a coffee snob high praise). Marketplace in hotel has everything from forgotten essentials to local gifts and more. Even has Starbucks coffee options."

"This place was nice - not necessarily as in “fancy” but the staff was very nice, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the area felt safe. It feels like it is in the process of sprucing itself up right now. It’s modest, but decent. Relatively close to the wharf and Cannery row. There were thoughtful touches like providing utensils for mobile meals and filtered water in the laundry room. I would absolutely stay there again"
