"I had the room connect and both smelled of mildew. I think there may be a pipe issue as well but site overall was ok. The check in staff however was outstanding and honestly would book again because of the front desk staff anything we needed or address happened before I could hang up the phone. "The staff put the customer first. They are knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about Bangkok. The gym has it all, and is well maintained. The food is expertly prepared, inexpensive, and brilliantly presented. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and their espresso machine uses real high-quality beans. The room has cooking facilities, a high-quality Japanese toilet, a bathtub, a desk,,and a comfortable bed. The room came with drinking water, and you can refill purified water in the gym. They also have a gorgeous pool, and a cafe downstairs that makes epic espresso. This hotel is outstanding, and its staff are exceptional. "
