Cozy Quarters in an excellent spot

I would book this room for the shower alone (Amazing), but it's a just-right room with a fridge, microwave, & Keurig coffee maker. Decent TV with decent streaming options. You also can't go wrong being across the street from Captain Jacks for dinner and a safe stumble back. Very close to the pit-stop and other restaurants as well! Great for anyone visiting the bluffs, going fishing, or just gettin' away for a bit.

Delightful Eclipse Vacation

We stayed in The Quarters in Sodus Point to see the eclipse. The price was very reasonable. Check in was an easy process. The room was very clean. The rain shower was amazing. Matthew was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return to Sodus Point and The Quarters in the future.

Weekend getaway

Very nice and modern. Bathrooms were very nice with a huge shower. If i had to pick one thing that couldve been better was the bed. It was a little rough. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Super clean with fresh updates and modern decor. Host is kind with prompt communication. No outside chairs but, we brought our own. Neighbors are very nice. Had a great stay over night. Definitely recommend this place! God bless America…

It was obvious the owner(s) cared about the property.The apartment was as advertised. It was close to family in Wolcott. Would recommend it to others. Next time I would book a slightly bigger room ... Two 70+ folks need a little more room 😁

Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained.
