В целом отдых очень понравился. Персонал отеля приветливый, но не всегда компетентен в вопросах услуг предоставляемых отелем, расположения ближайших достопримечательностей. Основное, что хотелось бы отметить, это ресторан. Ехали с надеждой, что и питаться будем в отеле, но... Шведский стол только завтрак, а обед и ужин комплексный надо заказывать по часам. Это весьма не удобно.

Современный отель с удачным расположением

Отель удачно расположен на набережной. По программе поддержки клиентов дали номер категорией выше. Есть хорошая сауна. Есть и минусы - неудобные подушки, узковаты односпальные кровати, гудела как оказалась батарея. Персонал приветливый. Общее впечатление хорошее!

Отдыхали с женой в конце декабря 2020. Сначала о плюсах: отель очень чистый, номера просторные, лифты справляются с потоком людей (это редкость, уж поверьте), очень хорошие кровати, удобное расположение отеля. Теперь минусы: звукоизоляции нет совсем – слышно, как соседи переговариваются, даже если шёпотом. По вечерам окно не открыть из-за жуткой вони от соседнего здания (там трубы какие-то, из которых вечером вонючий белый дым идёт), поэтому душно. Под окнами бар, который раз в несколько дней устраивает мероприятия с громкой музыкой заполночь. Завтраки довольно скудные для сетевого отеля. Теперь изюминки. Отель прекрасно расположен (хотя, так о любом отеле в Роза Хуторе сказать можно), в пешей доступности абсолютно всё. Приятная скидка при покупке билета на канатку в олимпийскую деревню. Через отель мигрируют жуки-щитники, они очень прикольные, не обижайте их. Напротив отеля через речку расположено казино, но оно за 11 дней ни разу не доставило проблем.

Хорошее расположение

Расположение удобное в самом центре Роза Хутор, включена сауна. Дали номер классом выше полулюкс, но были небольшие недочёты в номере - но шикарный вид на реку и горы всё скрасил. Односпальные кровати узковаты.

Мы не остались в номере, а переехали в другую гостиницу. В номере был жуткий запах каких то старых носков. Мы просили номер с балконом и на фото это бы нормальный балкон. Но когда зашли то в номере был просто огороженный выход на улицу а не балкон. Внизу были балконы на котором размещались два стула, у нас же еле помещался половинка человека. Во всем номере были жучки - на шторах на кровати.. их было так много что даже не раздумывая мы выехали из гостиницы

801 комната для другой категории гостей с другими физ. возможностями белье на постели чистое, но маленького размера и выглядит убого пол не свежий пахнет плохо попросили зонт - 1000 попросили ложку в комнату - 1000 кофе на завтрак - помои так нельзя экономить еда столовская! уехали на день раньше

В рамках Азимута

Очень рада, что выбрала именно этот отель. Крайне удобно находится от всех главных точек притяжения народа, ценник средний. Мне, как человеку, который любит ходить пешком было в радость утром идти к ратуше по своему маршруту вдоль прекрасной горной реки (пусть и в гору, но это опять же плюс, физические нагрузки только полезны). ВИД! Мне повезло жить в 601 номере с потрясающим видом на весь курорт, сама комната угловая и с личным балконом. Не могу объективно сказать, но что-то мне подсказывает, что это один из лучших видов на Розу. Из минусов: дверь того самого чудесного балкона негерметична (толи мне так "повезло") и если погодка ветреная, то вы буквально это почувствуете на себе, потому что ветер гуляет по комнате как у себя дома. Еще полотенчик не работал. Естественно я обращалась к механику, но проблема оказалась глобальнее, надеюсь, она решится. Завтрак средненький, это я как человек неискушенный говорю. А так все классно. Отдых удался. Всем советую 601 номер, но только если там починили дверь на балкон.

Отель переполнен

Почему-то заселили без предупреждения в номер для инвалидов. Я бы ничего против и не имел, но по умолчанию иметь раковину на высоте чуть выше колена, а также отодвигать поручни для входа в душ - немного странно. Ну и в целом толчея, отель переполнен. Очереди на ресепшн, невозможность отодвинуть время выезда или заехать на час раньше - не очень комфортно. Горячий сезон, но какой-то запас по номерам могли бы оставлять, чтобы не было ощущения работы с перегрузкой.

Hyggligt hotell som ligger 10 minuters gångväg från liften i Rosa Khutor. Dålig frukost, men i övrigt ok. Svårt att hålla ned temperaturen i rummen. Hotellet hjälpte inte till med inbjudan för visumsansökan.

Приветливый персонал, отличное расположение, неплохой ресторан внизу. При заселении в номер, его чистота оставляла желать лучшего. В целом с первого взгляда чисто, но когда присматриваешься, то видишь, что ковер плохо пропылесосили, а пыль не везде вытерли. Почему-то в номере не оказалось пульта от телевизора. Очень плохой Wi-Fi. Хуже всего было то, что слышимость людей в соседних номерах была просто потрясающей в плохом смысле. так что мой вечер и сон был испорчен разборками пары за стеной, а в последствии храпом соседей, как будто они были со мной в одной комнате. Вряд ли стоило ждать большего за такую цену в сезон в Розе Хутор. Скорее всего, больше в этом отеле не остановлюсь.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Rosa Khutor Bus Station and Ski Area. The staff spoke good English and they were all very helpful. My room also had a little trouble with water pressure for hot water, but right after I informed the staff, they sent a technician and fixed the problem right away. I'd totally stay here again if I go on another ski trip to Sochi.

Сначала плюсы: нормальное питание, хорошие завтраки, обед за 390 р. шведский стол. Ресторан симпатичный, но маленький. Теперь минусы, а их много. Очень холодно в номерах. Никакой звукоизоляции! Вместо запланированных двух недель отпуска провела всего три дня. Отель на отшибе - до центра Розы Хутор далеко ходить пешком. Номер очень basic, просто ничего лишнего, даже поддона в душе. Горничные выбросили дорогостоящий шампунь и кондиционер из душа и даже не потрудились найти. При заселении дали номер вообще без вида, пришлось просить замену. На такие номера должна быть большая скидка.

Отличная цена в летний период. Хороший завтрак. Хорошим плюсом стало наличие сауны. Дали безлиммтный билет на подъёмник доотметки 1100м, есть система скидок. Отель удобно расположен, относительно жду станции и площади в Роза Хутор с различными подъёмниками.

Цена качество достойное

отель расположен на Роза хутор, вдали от всех мест. До подьемника надо добираться на такси, автобусе или еще на чем нибудь, пешком далеко. Персонал старается помочь во всем. Отель скромный конечно, завтраки достойные. Проживали в нем лет 5 назад, было хуже по обслуживанию. сейчас лучше. Если не дорого, то реально можно ехать. Но быть готовы к тому, что все скромно.
