ソープ湖のモーテル

「Simple and clean」

「The location was good and the provided table was very useful and welcomed, however, the condition of my room was shockingly poor: the deadbolt on the entry door did not work; the bathroom fan was inoperative; the toilet bowl had blue rings and streaks; the tub leaked at the bottom; and, the room was poorly lit given there was only one light provided which was on an end table rather than overhead. Also missing was an outlet in the bathroom. Lastly. I was charged beyond what was contracted with...

「Room had a smell everywhere on the trim was dirty the front desk person was very hard to communicate with」

「Over all the hotel was comfortable. The check in was very easy. The hotel sent me the room number and code to get in. Never saw any staff. Didn’t need to. The room was fairly clean but noticed things like the shower that weren’t clean. Slept well so that was good.」

「The hotel looks a little rough on the outside, but our room was comfortable, well-appointed and relaxing. It had everything we needed from a cozy bed, new fridge and AC. We’d stay here again.」
