Yes, our stay was great. The room was just as we ordered, and the staff was great. There were some issues at check but staff was diligent and prompt in addressing them. We also were compted a meal for any inconvenience we had. The concierge was very heloful, knowledgeable and effective in booking excursions. It is a quiet family friendly resort.

Friendly staff, small shower, more food options at resort would be ideal.

It's not worth what you pay. The greed of this hotel was outrageous, everything is up priced x5, including cheerios cereal for $13 just to give you an idea of how much you spend on food. You can't get a chair by the pool unless you pay $300 for a reserve (which half of them aren't used so they just sit there empty). Service was ehh, there were some staff members where it felt like a bother to be waited on which obviously isn't how you want to feel when you're paying so much to be there. The room was nice and spacious and I can see where going with kids would be great since there's plenty of them to do. My husband and I were here for our babymoon and I would probably pick a more relaxing place if I could go back in time. Will not be returning.

Hotel is only 3 years old. Everyone was pleasant. Real close to other restaurants. But the restaurant on property was fantastic
