Review

The check-in process was easy, but the lack of directions to our actual unit from the checkin desk were horrible. It took us 20 more minutes wandering around to find our actual building and the unit. The couch is HORRIBLE. We doubled stacked multiple cushions as to not be sitting on the bars of the foldout bed. The main bedroom bed is very shaky and wobbly. The listing says a King bed, this seems like 2 full beds pushed together. Suggest updating the bedframe and mattress.

Family getaway

We had a fun week away at this cute spot. The place was cleaner than I’ve ever seen a beach rental when we checked in and management was always easy to get ahold of if need be. On site there was a coffee/ice cream shop which was perfect for everyone. While it was still cold outside on certain days there was never a lack of things to do with a covered and outdoor pool next to the beach. This is definitely a location worth visiting again!

Good location, no internet, no cable, AC issues

Location was as expected, great beach access, limited parking for any guests , unit was spacious but furnishing showed lots of wear and unit could use a good deep cleaning. , Easy check-in but; from the beginning of our stay until check out the AC was not cooling properly, we had absolutely no Internet / WIFI and no cable tv. We were told at check in that the internet & cable would be fixed before the end of the day and it was not.

Ocean View

We had a nice stay. The condo was very clean. We did have issues with the living room tv not working and had to lose a beach day to wait for Spectrum to arrive, but that was all. The rest of our stay was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Topsail Island Stay

Good place to stay for a ceremony at MCAS. Convenient and the place was nice. A little issue trying to find it after checking in and the cable modem in the den failed while we were there were the only negatives. Everything else was great. First time to experience the "linens package" and I'll be aware of that going forward.

Great location and views

Overall great experience. Unit has plenty of space and nicely furnished, except for the beds. Very uncomfortable! Love the location and the views were beautiful.

Relaxing Getaway!

Great place to stay! Very clean, nicely decorated, convenient, oceanfront condo for a very reasonable rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, but needs cleaned

Check-in and check-out was easy. Condo was in a great location. Condo was far from clean. Shower curtains were REALLY moldy, silverware drawer looked like someone emptied a toaster in it, dry push mops left were covered in dirt and dust (it was gross), coffee pot had mold in it, and the floors appeared minimally cleaned. Vacuum left did not work. Pillows left behind were badly stained (we did not utilize the linens-thank goodness). Furniture (beds and couches) were old and uncomfortable. We were not expecting new furniture, but also did not expect to have mattresses slanting and feeling coils.

Property needs cleaning and I'm not crazy about the idea of having to bring my own towels and linen which I didn't know until after I had booked online. It seems like prices get higher each year but service gets less. Don't think I would use seashore realty again, very complicated booking process.

Great condo right on the beach

Awesome view of the ocean. Property was very clean and restaurants were just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this property for any family looking for some rest and relaxation!

Family Vacay

My daughters and I stayed here the week of July 4th. The condo was beautiful and very well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. North Topsail Beach is a family oriented vacation spot with oceanfront beach access and a community pool. My only complaint is that there needs to be a better selection of restaurants in the area.

Balcony view was perfect!

This was our first time at this property but fifth time at Topsail. The place was perfect for us! Love how the bedrooms were at separate ends of the condo. And of course the balcony had the perfect view! Would go back!

Enjoyed our stay

What a fun week we had at North Topsail Island!!! We really enjoyed our stay and visit at North Topsail Island and staying at ShipWatch Villas was icing on the cake! The room was clean and worked perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 kids) Our most favorite part was the balcony! Talk about a view :) When we were not able to be on the beach, we were enjoying it from the balcony. We also made friends with some locals who live there and what a nice treat to find good nice folks to mingle with while vacating! We really enjoyed the stay and we hope to be back.

North Topsail Condo

The unit was nicely stocked. There were only 2 things that other renters might want to know. 3rd floor walkup, no elevator and washing machine not working. Place was nice and I would recommend it for anyone not disabled
