Completely renovated and professionally decorated before 2019 rental season, including new paint, floors, kitchen and new furniture. It's a whole new unit!
This is an oceanfront 3 bedroom 2 bath unit located on the point of Building 3 in the St. Regis Resort, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The unit boasts 2 balconies providing some of the most spectacular ocean views on Topsail Island. The balcony off the living area is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch for dolphins swimming by. It also has an excellent view of the large outdoor pool, as does the side balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for basic meal preparation.
The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the oceanfront balcony, and spectacular ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, access to the side balcony, and also has fantastic ocean views. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk and access to the side balcony, from which both the pool and the ocean may be viewed. There's a queen sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate extra guests.
It simply isn't possible to find a nicer, more up-to-date, condominium unit on Topsail Island--or one with a better view! Book your reservation now while there are still dates available.
All units at the St. Regis Resort have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and free WiFi. The resort offers both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center with a sauna and a playground. Everything you need is right here in one place.

The indoor pool at the St Regis is still under construction and there is no definitive opening date as of the time of this posting.
According to the St Regis Homeowners Association, the main outdoor pool will be open for the summer season.

*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*
This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
