"This place was lovely and just as advertised. We were looking for a house right on the beach and this couldn't have been any better! Just open the door and there you are! We appreciated all of the beach gear that was avaliable and had fun shelling and spotting creatures. The house was spacious (and cute!) and comfortable to just hang out in. It was everything we hoped for!"

"The stay was overall okay. There was a noticeable odor in the carpet throughout the hallways and into the room. The shower head fell apart, but my husband was able to piece it back together. I did experience an allergic reaction to the towels and bedding, though I understand that may have been beyond the hotel’s control. The television also appeared to have a wiring issue. During breakfast, I observed a staff member cough into her glove and continue handling food, which was concerning. That said, the majority of the staff I encountered were kind, gentle, and very pleasant. Thank you "

"Great room set up. Bathroom was large, kitchen was well appointed with small fridge with freezer, sink, large cupboards, bed was comfy. It was very quiet on the back side. Unfortunately the people above made a racket all night one night. Very impressed with the place for the price."

"We (5 of us) traveled from Wisconsin for a week away. The beach area home was extraordinarily spacious, modern and could have easily accommodated another family. We made almost all our meals in the gigantic kitchen area with the dining table suitable for 8. Our only critique was that this area of Topsail Beach is saturated with contractors. Early morning table saws, air compressors and crews driving in and out accompanied our morning coffee. It didn't ruin our time by any means. Oh yeah, a huge plus is the daily Marine Corps combat helicopters passing low and slow up and down the beach... super cool."

Cottage was very clean and with nice space to rest comfortably. Easy access to beach shops and places to eat. In either direction you choose to drive. "
