"How to switch rooms as the heater was falling off the wall and not working. New room was better but touted as a non smoking room and smelled like cigarettes and now all my stuff smells like cigarettes. In the middle of the night several times someone banged on the door several times Incoherently. I did not feel safe there was sketchy people all around there were drug deals going on upstairs downstairs downstairs and all around. Never again."
"The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This was our send time staying there. The hotel is modern and very clean every where. The restaurants are great especially the Whiskey Steakhouse. We loved everything."
"Building is run down, beds are old and uncomfortable, staff were not friendly at all. Plus this hotel is in a very rough area with dozens of homeless and drug users all around. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that made me feel like I could have someone break into my room and vehicle. "
