「Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. 」

「This place has rich history and beautiful architecture from time gone by. The staff was very hospitable and polite. The Inn and grounds feature several comfortable sitting areas. The Inn is a short distance from downtown Liberty so convenient for dining. It was a great getaway for a 39th anniversary!」
「Our family took a quick little trip to Kansas City and we felt like this hotel was perfect as it wasn’t in as busy of an area as Kansas City but the area still had a lot to see and do. The drive into Kansas City was pretty easy and didn’t take long at all. Breakfast was very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did have to change rooms upon arrival due to the air conditioning not working in the first room but we were switched to a new room quickly and without a fuss. 」
「We had such a surprising and relaxing weekend at The Elms. Our favorite was the spa and grotto. We appreciated that the staff did make rounds in the grotto, to remind some of the bachelorette party members to keep voices down. The food was good, the suites were spacious, and the grounds were very well kept. The morning Cafe/coffee bar is in desperate need of staff, but they managed despite the long line. Overall, we would stay again!」
「We actually booked this specifically because of the water park. It definitely worked out exactly as planned. There was a perfect amount of fun for our 3 and 6 yr. old. Being 23 minutes from Union Station wasn't our favorite part, but it was easy to find and isn't in a super busy area which is nice.」
