"Room we reserved was not available. We were downgraded without compensation. Original room had air conditioner taken apart. Second room had broken toilet. "

"The room felt run down, the room as a whole had a mold smell to it. The dishwasher smelled, the water faucet for the shower was loose and you can see behind the wall. The “lobby” closes at 7 pm, if your key card stops working after 7 pm, it seems like you’re out of luck. "

"The breakfast menu was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom and the parking was great"

"Too many bad things to mention. The main one is the door looked like someone had tried to kick it in, and they didn’t replace it. Big chunk of the door was missing from where the safety flap lock is so it wasn’t safe at all. The floor was nasty and one of the beds looked like it had been sleeping in and halfassed made back up. The stairs was nasty and smell bad. The whole place felt unsafe. Needless to say I didn’t sleep. As a woman traveling alone I was very uncomfortable being there. If there was anything else available I would have went elsewhere but everywhere was booked because of a volleyball tournament at the sports center. I strongly do not recommend!"

"The hotel is in poor shape. There was no hot water,The tub/shower had cracks in it, There were a few holes in the walls, the space to hang a roll of toilet paper was a square cut into the vanity, but no way to hang it so it was just sitting on top of the vanity, etc. We were surprised that this hotel was even offered as a choice by your company. The parking was fine, but not much else."

"Safe, clean, comfortable one night stay. Close to highway, multiple restaurant options."

"The beds were 'done'. When I sat down my butt was basically on the box spring. The bathroom was grungy - just old and tired, black mouldy grout. The breakfast did not have any juice, bananas or yoghurt - things I missed. We didn't get the room we booked - I booked a room with a couch, instead we got two queens. We were on the road all day and when I sit in the car all day, I don't want to sit on a bed all evening - very uncomfortable. There was one computer chair buy that was taken by my husband (the driver who deserved it). The front desk person was very friendly and helpful (Tuesday, March 31 at 5:30 pm). "
