"Room was well-appointed, of a decent size and with a refurbished bathroom. Housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. The Lee Wood has always been one of my favourite hotels in Buxton. Only complaint was that it didn’t snow - which is hardly the fault of the hotel!"

There were several excellent bars and restaurants within close proximity. Room was clean and functional with decent breakfast in the morning. Would stay again if visiting the area."
