Comfortable bed, every room has a balcony with views of the lake. Our only complaint is the noise--from traffic on the adjacent very busy road and from with the hotel, where sound proofing is unfortunately not adequate.」

「I cannot recommend this property enough. The proprietors are fantastic and make you feel like you are truly having an experience rather than just a stay. The breakfast is exceptional and home made with a rotating menu, and the room we stayed in (the Roosevelt Suite) felt like a home away from home. 「If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!」

「We were in New Hampshire for our daughter's 2024 Graduation from Plymouth State University. Josh's cabin was the perfect place to stay as it was conveniently located just a few miles from campus and easily accessible from the highway. It was competitively priced with the hotels in the area and offered more bang for our buck. This is definitely a great find. Josh was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.」

「It was clean and fully lit up when we got there, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. We are not wine drinkers, but a nice gesture. It was a bit smaller than expected (I believe the photos make it appear bigger), but the LR furniture and queen bed were pretty comfortable (with no shortage of pillows). Having a comfortable bed always rates high on our list when looking for lodging and you never know what you’re going to get. There was, however, an odd noise (much like a random drip on a drum)...

「The cottage was definitely rustic and quaint. We loved the screened porch and the location. Do not expect all conditions to be clean and sanitized, however. For instance, the pillow on the main bed needs to be thrown away as does the mattress cover and some blankets (mold and various stains). You do need to bring your own sheets and towels (not sure it stated this in instructions), but it didn't really help with the 'ick factor ' knowing what was under the sheets.
