"We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The room ( Suite) is very large and nicely set up. The bed is awesome! Loved looking out over the Lake. This place is a hidden gem, you will be happy you decided to stay here. The breakfast is just right and well stocked! My only recommendation would be to trim the yellow gold mops down and remove the pine tree samplings and all the weeds growing up into everything including the deck. The picture on the website showed being able to see the lake while having a fire pit. So that was disappointing because you couldn’t see the lake."

"We had such a lovely stay! The home had everything we needed, including a gate to block the stairs for our little dog, which was huge for us. The internet was strong and we had no problems with streaming and working remotely. The large wrap around deck and fireplaces inside and out was awesome. The host was kind, responsive, accommodative, and understanding with our last minute changes. The area was incredible and convenient for all the activities we did: Gunstock, Lake Winni, and local shops/groceries. Highly recommend!"

"My friends and I have been looking for the perfect place to hold a Girls’ Week for over 25 years, and we think we’ve finally found it in this rental. There were many wonderful things about it, but what most stood out were 1) it’s literally steps from beautiful, quiet Alton Bay and less than 15 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, etc., 2) three of the four bedrooms have balconies overlooking the water, 3) the kitchen is stocked nearly as well as our own, with multiple SHARP knives, plenty of decent pots and pans, and lots of common spices available for use, and it has comfortable, attractive furnishings. The only downsides were 1) guests aren’t allowed to use the fire pit and fireplaces and 2) the owners were transitioning management companies, so it was a little more difficult to access information about the rental (though the new management company responded quickly to requests for information). Overall, this rental is an outstanding value, and we’ve already booked for next year! :)"
