"We had an amazing week at Villa Mas which met all of our expectations and more! It was perfect for our group of four couples. The house was very clean, well supplied, and in great shape. The location can't be beat and the view is unforgettable from the pool and deck. The host Bianca, was super helpful and very responsive to all of our needs; she even ordered a Mahjong set for us before our arrival. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and she took care of them immediately. I would highly recommend Villa Mas and will certainly book again when we return to St. Thomas!"

"This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here."

"The resort is very walkable and loved that everything was so close. There is only one dining establishment on the actual resort so would have loved another option but the food at the Long Board was delightful. "

"We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. The staff in the pool area was especially miserable and not what you would expect when spending $1200 a night to stay. They were understaffed in most departments and no one answers the drink desk or room service phones. Our room wasn’t cleaned until 4pm. The reviews on the Marriott website are in line with what we experienced this week. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful place! I will say the best service was at the Sands and Isla blue, but those restaurants are not affiliated with the hotel."

"Everything was great. Check in area was a bit clunky with traffic and parking, but it was a weekend and lots of people. "
