    "I'm very disappointed that when we booked the price on the website clearly said "total with taxes and fees" however, when we arrived we had to pay an extra $75 for parking and $65 resort fee plus tax. The wifi did not work properly in our room or in several spots on the property. The men's steam room was out of service. The room was very dark and old fashioned."

    "Staff is great, rooms are pretty decent and location is great if your wanting to be in the gaslamp! But, while booking i find it quite deceptive as they do not have a pool or gym like it states when booking. I for sure wouldn't have booked if I had known that. But, overall it was a good stay. Walls are very thin as it's an old building."
