"The deluxe double room was big, comfortable and clean. The corridors, room and lift seemed like they were new. A good shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Excellent location for the Skyline Gondola and zip wire etc - just walking distance. But need to drive into the centre of Rotorua. Parking was no problem because there's a bottle store and dairy next door and which have parking when parking at the hotel was full."

"The staff were most welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. Dinner and breakfast excellent. Beautiful grounds overlooking the lake. Comfortable room with outside table and chairs. (We did not use the gas freplace in the room.)"

"We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There is a fascinating park opposite with geothermal features and a hot water foot bath. We enjoyed visits to Whakarewaewa Maori village and Waiotapu, both excellent. There were lots of other things nearby to see and do in Rotorua, we felt the property location was good for everything."

"Room was very clean, and well kept. Hot tubs available for use, as well as a "hangi" with cooking instructions. Showers had great water pressure, and lots of hot water. Rooms were a little dated, but well kept, and decent amenities. "

"We easily booked on this property at Hotels.com. And it’s great and convenient for us. About our stay we feel ease and comfort. That thing that they should improve is the cleanliness of the area. They should regularly mow the surroundings. When we enter the room there are dust and some leaves that comes inside maybe under the gap of the door it enter. They should have broom so that we can swept it during the stay. But overall it’s ok and good. Thank you"

"The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

"Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Feel I...
