「Excelente servicio muy céntrico para llegar a centros comerciales y restaurantes」

「Pillows were the thinnest ever, bed was incredibly hard, hard a bad stench, chair and ottoman were stained and sticky, shower head was broken and would barely stay up, homeless was in and out, a fire alarm was going off for close to 18 hours, and there was a mass arrest by the police」

「Staff was extremely rude. Im a law abiding disabled veteran that was treated as if i worked the streets! When i asked for a later check out i was informed to stay for another two hours i would have to pay for an additional night! Horrified!」

「Bar closed early. Every night before the advertised times.」

「Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs.」

「The location of the property is very quiet. The staff is pretty nice. The rooms do not match what is seen online. I was forced to upgrade my room and that one also did not match the photos, and costed more than it was supposed to. There was an internet outage the first night we were there so wifi was out to no fault of the hotel. The second night we stayed I was awoken at midnight by someone who checked in with 3 children. You could hear the children running around all night and I was not able...

「It is a very cute little apartment. The rooms were very clean and neat and it really had enough space for everyone there. The WiFi was great and made it easy to watch football. We highly recommend this place. It was perfect for a quick trip to Belton.」

「I am happy that we were able to find a hotel that allows dogs. Overall the hotel was fine but I did not like the smell of my room. It smells really bad, I had to get some febreeze to help with the smell. I think they need to get another kind of cleaner if they are going to accept pets.」

「Great value stay, would have liked better breakfast options.」

「The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time. So she charged us the same price for a double bed. After taking our...

「Weird perfume used bathroom want properly cleaned some hairs left around」

「Clean rooms and friendly staff」

「The hotel is well located and easily accessible to key places around Killeen. The staff were very friendly and checked in with me regularly to see if I needed anything. What I really liked the most was that the hotel was in a safe location and that the surrounding area was very well maintained. I couldn't have asked for more for this budget. High Five Inn is a great value for money.」

「The room was beyond disappointing in so many ways. Condition: there were semi patched holes in trim and walls. Strong moldy/musty smell as soon as you enter. Furniture very sad. Bed was a mattress on top of open springs - of course it creaked every time you moved and so hard to sleep when other side of bed is creaking loudly. Stains an drips in lamp shades,m shairs,m etc. Blinds nearly inoperable. Cleanliness: it was not clean.. There was dog hair behind only chair in room. Also alot...
