Excellent hotel in every way. Great location, cool vibe, great staff.

The staff was incredibly nice. We also enjoyed the location and how close it was to everything. We will absolutely stay again.

The only issues I had were not having a towel rack close to the sink for the hand towel, and the elevators were frequently very busy. The hotel/rooftop deck, room, complimentary tea & nespresso coffee, and staff were great. It was clean & comfortable, and everyone was friendly. I loved that it was 1/2 block walk to the Climate Pledge arena, restaurants and coffee shops.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet.

The hot tub was peaceful. Barking frog’s food was average and not worth the prices. food was random and had too much going on. Hosts were great and helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evenings. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered though. still great housekeeping and service.
