This was my second stay which the first was excellent or else I'd have not returned. The only thing they could improve on was the shower water pressure. It was a little low for my liking. Also, my neighbor had some loud music playing after 9 pm but after a call to the front desk it was handled.

This property is not safe and has a lot of street noise also no security peoples knocking on your door at 2am and all the front desk can say is sorry no compensation for the 2 hour interuption of my sleep

We arrived at the hotel on Thursday, July 31, approximately 7:30pm, with only ONE staff at lunch-----ONE STAFF?....Why? (so we had to wait.) Then they put our room right next to the elevator. We're in our mid 70's, my wife could not sleep. As far as the hotel goes, it was very clean and neat.
