"Perfect Romantic Retreat on Skopelos!We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa on Skopelos. The views were beautiful, and its secluded location offered wonderful peace and privacy, ideal for a romantic getaway.The villa itself was very nice and comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making communication super easy with just one quick message.We highly recommend this spot for couples seeking a charming, quiet escape with great views and excellent service. "We accidentally got locked outside and we got a quick response from the manager who sent the cleaning person to let ua back in! The pool was too chilly for us un October but it was clean and beautiful. We rented a car and saw lots of sights and beaches. Small grocery store close by. Many of the restaurants had closed for the season, but we found what we needed. We loved the shutters for the bedrooms, the beautiful view from the upper balcony, the French doors on all the bedrooms and dinning...

"This is a truly magical place. We stayed here for 12 days and we were very very sad to leave. The description in the listing doesn't give credit to this place. It is quiet, very clean and very well maintained and Christos was very helpful in picking us up from the harbour and guide us to the house. We enjoyed the pool and the garden and each day we had our breakfast outside overlooking the Loutraki harbor. Magic! The kids had a blast in the pool and it was very difficult to convince them to go...

"After spending a week in another villa, we moved into Villa Perivoliou as booked. Thanks to Anthoula's careful organization, we were able to stay in the first villa until the second villa was ready for check-in, allowing us to arrive in comfort. Shortly before reaching the villa, you turn onto a gravel road that leads quite steeply uphill, but it is manageable in first gear. Villa Perivoliou is idyllically situated on a hill in an enchanting landscape of olive and pine trees. We felt at home here from the very first moment; everything is bright and equipped with every comfort. What makes the villa special are the views from almost all the rooms and the two terraces—we really enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, gazing into the distance to the sea during the day, and looking up at the clear starry sky at night. When a stronger breeze comes up, you can hear the sound of the sea, and when it rains, the whole garden smells of Mediterranean herbs – it's really beautiful here! A ten-minute walk takes you down to a “wild” beach, which we shared with at most one couple from another villa (in September), otherwise we had it all to ourselves; a fifteen-minute walk along a quiet road through a pretty pine forest takes you to the lovely Perivoliou Beach with a nice beach bar. Whenever (technical) problems arose, Anthoula, her father and brother and staff were always quick to help—they are wonderful hosts—thank you so much! We highly recommend Skopelos and Villa Perivoliou."

"We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous villa. Before we even got there, Poulcheria put my mind at ease by saying she would meet us at the port to help us find the villa, and she also recommended some car hire companies for me to be in touch with.There is a steep road leading down to it, but with a 4x4 it was no trouble. The villa itself was everything we could have asked for. The pool was lovely, and big enough to keep us, and our 12 and 17 year old happy.The bedrooms downstairs were lovely and cool, and the air conditioning helped overnight. We cooked and ate on the patio a couple of times and the kitchen had everything we needed.The view from the front over the sea is stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunrise there on our last day. Out the back, by the pool it is lovely to look over the mountain and the trees - the silence we experienced there was so nourishing after the hustle and bustle of UK life.The villa is spread out over a large area, which was great for us as everybody could find their own spot to escape to if they needed. Skopelos itself was great. We were glad we had a car so we could pick up supplies from the supermarket when we needed. The one down the road in Glossa was good, and the bakery over the road from it was a highlight! For bigger shops we went to one in Skopelos Town.Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay, it was just the recharge we all needed."

"It is a kilometre away from city centre but if you walk a half a kilometer, you will find restaurants, they just won’t have the same energy as the city center, which if you’re looking for a quiet environment is perfect. The staff were super friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an out of this world experience."
