Sitting on acres of luscious countryside, this property boasts a tennis court, pool, outdoor entertaining area and even a rugby field. Indoors, the lifestyle is just as glamorous and spacious, so you’ll want for nothing in this sub-tropical retreat.
A private road delivers you to this breathtaking property and surrounding serene landscape. You’ll quickly be consumed by the lavish offerings as you walk down the hallway to the heart of this vast home. The graceful interior has a soothing natural and neutral palette which is a striking contrast to the verdant surroundings. The expansive, modern kitchen with oversized island is a spacious and stylish place for family gatherings. Tranquility can be found in the living area and there’s room for all guests to sit a while to take in the views, while during the cooler evenings gather here to feel the warmth of the fire.
Extending seamlessly from the living area is the exquisite outdoor entertaining room where the picturesque vista is captured perfectly.This area can be fully enclosed, giving year-round outdoor dining and living experience. Gather for drinks at sunset in the sitting area, or make use of the outdoor kitchen, dining area and fireplace. You can even relax a little more as you step down to the idyllic pool or recline poolside under the shade of the umbrella. Beyond the pool, spa and outdoor entertaining area there’s the tropical garden and surrounding grounds to explore, native wildlife to discover and of course the tennis court and rugby field. It is these outstanding family friendly additions that set this property apart.
And if that’s not enough to keep guests occupied, there is also a separate games/family room which opens to the outdoor entertaining room. When it’s time to call it a night, the calming mood and lush outlook flows through to the four bedrooms. Each bedroom has an adjoining ensuite so you have a truly luxurious resort-style experience.

This Skinners Shoot location is only four-kilometres from Byron Bay so you’re a short drive from beaches, cafes, bars and a fabulous shopping experience. While you’re in the town centre, take a walk around the Cape Byron Walking Track and explore the spectacular coastline, or enjoy water sports such as kayaking or kite surfing. If you’d rather experience the very best of the Byron hinterland you’re ideally placed. There are World Heritage-listed rainforests and national parks within easy reach, while you have a great choice of local produce and dining in the hinterland villages.

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
A $3,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
