「My husband and I love staying in Kendall's condos.This was our first stay in this one, and it was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning to view the ocean. We took advantage of the bikes and did not rent a car on this trip. The location is the best part..... just steps to the beach! Kendall was very responsive and accommodating. We'll be back!」

「The rental was as described. Very clean, updated, and comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor and super quiet. Access to the beach was the best! Thanks for providing chairs and an umbrella. We wanted to rent bikes but there were storms every day so we didn’t get around to doing that. The biking paths were everywhere and would be so fun. 」

「Loved our stay! Steps to the beach and we rented beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn't have to take the items provided to the beach. The hosts thought of everything in the kitchen - so impressed with the to go coffee cups and wine glasses that were beach friendly! Easy access and everything was communicated well and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!!」

「The location is great! The condo is right on the beach and easily walkable to the Coligny area. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfy. It is quite small, but was comfortable for two adults. We enjoyed the deck and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Just up the street is a bike rental place and there was storage for the bikes under the parking area. 」

「Our 1st time to Hilton Head and not our last! There was 5 in our family with 3 kids(21,16,16). It was cozy. Our girl is 5’3 and slender and could accommodate the bunk well, her twin brother(taller, and more stockier, fit and didn’t complain because that was his own fault. He could’ve slept with his older brother in the pullout sofa, if he was uncomfortable. However, the brothers didn’t wanna share a bed. That would be the only thing to know if you were traveling with adult kiddos. Their house...

「This was a great spot, steps from the beach, great view of the ocean, and just a two minute drive to all the activity at Coligny. Had a great time. Kendall was very responsive in answering questions and providing information for a smooth check in and check out. The cookies were a nice touch… Cute and delicious! We appreciated having a couple beach chairs there and also the boogie boards, our kids loved them!」

「We have a great time in Hilton Head staying at this property. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The management of the property was great as well and quick to respond to all of our questions. They have umbrellas and a wagon to help bring your stuff to the beach as well as a well-appointed kitchen which saved us a lot of money. We really enjoyed it!」
