"We have been here a couple of times olredy, and enjoyed the facilities at the flat , To not go wrong we always bring same of our same of our plates cutlery and a large frying pan , so not to rely of the one on the premises as nothings wrong with it, but we prefer ours. Otherwise the flat is presented clean and with heating ( for those winter days) and nice confortable beds . By the way This 2 bedrooms flat is quite big We be back for sure ."

"We arrived with the wrong door combination but luckily someone met us and let us in. The Wi-fi wasn't the correct one but no one got back to us. The tv in the living room has a smashed screen (again no answer). The tv in one bedroom was not connected to an aerial or cable and there was no tv in the small bedroom. "Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."

"The hotel is a grand old lady, with hard working staff. All hotel area's clean, Staff went out of their way to help guests enjoy their stay, even the Chef went the extra mile for us. Friendliest hotel Iv stayed in for ages, bar man put quizzes on the bar TV for guests in the evening, No one was a stranger. Rooms had heating, that you could adjust yourself. Shower was a bit dodgy, but worked. Breakfast is complimentary & buffet style. Plenty of parking, even for EVs. I would return if I was in the area. "
