Could not gain access by this point it was very late in the evening and we had no choice but to travel home. We never got home until 4am and 12 hour round journey with young children. I was absolutely disgusted. Please do not book this caravan. "

"Great apartment in a great location. Skegness town in very good for famlies. The apartment is really good for families too or to just stay on your own. Very clean. Would highly recommend "

"We had a lovely stay here for 1 week. Nice quiet site, with play park for kids but easy drive into Skegness for the beach etc. caravan was fine, beds were comfy. The carpet hadnâ€™t been hoovered and was loads of hair not great with a baby crawling around! Also the caravan could have been improved if there was tables and chairs to use on the veranda. Also no toaster! Not a massive problem but when trying to do breakfast for 5 people with no toaster is quite tricky! Apart from that we did have a...

"The only thing that there was no parking outside the property we had to park in the street behind the ship inn pub for the 4 day stay so we didnt get ticketed. But besides that overall pleasant enough and only 10 min walk into the town at the top end near the seal sanctuary. "

"It was a spur of the moment booking, unplanned stopover in Skegness. Unbelievable value, very warm welcome from the smiley and friendly lady. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The driveway was a little tight but nice to have secure parking. The hotel was conveniently located and quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast. Nice selection of drinks, biscuits, shower gel in room. "Location was very good, short walk to the clock tower and shops. Staff were brilliant. Check in was smooth and we managed to get into the room a little early. The room (we stayed in 319) was as described, it had a very big balcony with a view to the sea. The bathroom was quite small but we could live with that to have the balcony and views. The food was excellent, we booked bed and breakfast but also had a dinner in. Breakfast was buffet style. The dinner menu gave a reasonable choice of items. Whilst the stay was value for money and we would stop here again, purely for the above reasons, the hotel in general was in need of some work to bring it back to it's former glory."

"This is probably one of the best places, in Skegness, we have ever stayed in, over the last 30 years. It is dog friendly too. Lovely owner and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean throughout. Well done and thank you. I highly recommend and we will stay again. "
