A lovely hotel with helpful staff. Everything was good. My only problem was that my phone would not connect to the internet, but not sure it is the hotel or my phone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is literally on the main street. Walkable to all sightseeings in the town. If you go to the main square a couple of minutes away, there might be locals dancing traditional dance in the evening. Sivas is a lovely city I could've stayed for longer.

Do not stay here!

Before you pay for the room, check its condition. This room was right on the street, smelled like cigarettes, and was unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location, btw.

Tavsiye ederim.

Poor experience at check in on both stays - two non consecutive nights in the same week. The guy on the desk had both hotels.com booking confirmation printed out and confused why they weren't consecutive. I explained, he charged for both. When I went and checked out the following morning, again still confused. His attitude wasn't welcoming on second stay. The room itself has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Carpet was dirty. Rest of the room was reasonably clean, though outdated. The hotel was street facing, but a major safety issue with say a small child who could fall out as the window swung open far too much. This would not have been permitted in my country and most likely others too. The WiFi was extremely poor The location was very central and close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. Finally a very nice breakfast (from 07:30) on the 7th floor. Good selection of cheeses, jams, bread, salad etc. Nice view over the city from the window.
Window opens far too much. A small child unattended could climb up on the window sill and fall out.

It was a clean hotel, 2 minutes' walk to the city center in Sivas. I spent 6 nights in this hotel. But the staff spoke no English; communication was extremely difficult. And a lot was misunderstood about staying options, minibar costs, and overall accomodations. I found myself paying for things I didn't know they weren't included. It was not honest. It's a total rip-off. Also, they did not accept payment in euros. They wanted Turkish lira, and as I didn't have it at the moment, they made me pay extra in Euro. I don't think I'd stay again in this hotel. It's not the worst, I'm sure, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. It was very problematic since communication was extremely limited and the staff at the reception kept adding absurd expenses and laughing at each other as I paid them. If I were in a city where English was common, I might have reported them to the authorities . But all I wanted was to attend to my business, get through my booking, and get the hell out of that place. The city has many other hotels; I recommend that you look around before booking this hotel. I wouldn't stay in it again ---EVER!
