On the first floor, with a private garden equipped for outdoor dining, it consists of: a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a window and a shower stall, a bedroom with a single bed plus an additional pull-out bed (which converts to a double), and a second bathroom with a shower stall. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Storage closet. Mosquito screens. Private garage.

Prices include water, electricity, and gas consumption, final cleaning, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the garage.

Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.50 per person per night (max 7 days; children up to 10 years old are exempt).
Bedding and towels (optional and upon request): €15 per person per set.
