Find your ideal retreat at the Oasis Lounge, a cozy four-bedroom home centrally located in right Sioux Falls. this property offers a spacious living room and 4-season room but it is also a prime location for exploring the city's top attractions:
- 1 mile from Sanford Hospital, Great Plains Zoo, Midco Aquatic Center, University of Sioux Falls, Augustana University and the Midco Arena
- 2 miles from Downtown and the Denny Sanford Premier Center

Enjoy the amenities of a 65" TV and another big screen TV, foosball table, indoor putting range, and high speed WIFI to relax and recharge. Unwind in the spacious living rooms, challenge your friends to a game of foosball/chess, or dive into a good book from the selection provided. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a high-end, JUNA queen bed that is a traveler favorite! The master bedroom is connected to the master bathroom and it is connected to one of the bedrooms but privacy is secured with a divider. There are 2 pull-out sleeper sofas, couches and sleeper chairs for additional sleeping space.
With 2.5 bathrooms, towels, basic soaps, a hair dryer, an iron and board, air conditioning, heating, and linens, you'll have all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

Matt and Rachael were the best host. Our family was in town for a funeral and had reserved a different property when we’re were told two hours before check in that they would have move to a different property. The property was not a place for 3 small children and did not have hot water or clean bedding. We reached out to Matt and he agreed to allow us on less than 24 hour notice and with a very early check in (so we could be ready for the funeral on time) to stay at their property. Their home is perfect for large groups and very well stocked. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on future trips to Sioux Falls.

Weekend getaway

Our 3 generations of family members spent the weekend together in this comfortable and clean home. The location was great, with easy access to the downtown area. Matt was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house. Thanks.

Fantastic for family gathering

Loved the property! So roomy and comfy comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to gather but plenty of room for privacy. I couldn’t have asked for better communication from booking to check-out! I highly recommend!!

Great host and great home

The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. He responded within minutes to any communication. He was very nice when my husband forgot a couple of interns at the property and arranged to get them back to us. I would recommend staying at this location in the future. I have two sons and they loved playing with the foosball table, mini golf set and the arcade game. Great spacious home and great central location for our family to stay in!!!

Home away from home

We had a great stay in Sioux Falls! The place was very clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to everything in town. Our group of 10 all had plenty of space and felt right at home. The host communicated clearly and promptly, making the whole experience smooth. We would definitely come back again!

Nice House - But Not Consistent With Description and Pics

We had a good stay and house was ok...Where it fell short:Needs a interior paint job. Most of furniture was old/run down. Grill outside was unusable. 1 shower didn't work. Dishwasher didn't work. Kitchen not well stocked (e.g. plates etc.). Floors were a uneven/soft in places. No screens on windows.When I complained about the shower and dishwasher... host reluctantly gave us a 50 refund.

We had a great time in SF!! Matt was awesome to communicate with and always answered my questions pretty quickly, which was super nice! The house was also nice and cute. It could use a little updating in certain areas, but overall clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was not what we expected upon arrival. Seemed like the “rough” side of town, but I also think that’s just how many of those neighborhoods are. We would stay again, especially because Matt was so easy to communicate with and made everything seamless!

Great House for get together

We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party/sleepover at this house and it was perfect for the get together! A nice big tv/gaming area with foosball table, and dining area where we played lots of card games. The rooms were big and lots of bathrooms. We’d stay again!

Family Holiday Gathering

We had our belated family Christmas get-together and chose Sioux Falls as the central gathering place as we are 3 families traveling from 2 states. We enjoyed our stay in Matt's home very much. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to gather our group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) We loved the family room with plenty of space and seating for us all to be together. The beds were all very comfortable!Communication, check in and check out were a breeze and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions I had. I appreciated how easy they made this for us!We will definitely choose to stay here, or in any of Matt's properties in the future!

Great family space!

We loved our stay with our family! We had lots of room for the everyone to play games and just hang out together. Hosts were great at communication & it was a nice place to settle for a weekend.
