Very cute clean and private stay. The yard is like a little oasis. I will say if you have a nervous dog one side and the house to the back of the yard have dogs, very well behaved. Our dog can be a bit nervous and reactive and we had no issues. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a little getaway in the Sioux Falls area. Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and responsive host. Best part was having a fenced in yard for traveling with the dog. Highly recommend and would book again if back in the area.

Great Spot

This is a perfect place (and alternative to a hotel) for a short stay in Sioux Falls…especially if you are traveling with a dog. Room is clean and nicely updated, and there is a small, fully-fenced yard for your pup. Great stay

Great stay. Everything was clean and they even set up and made the twin air mattress for us. Yard was perfect for our doodles to be able to potty and get a little exercise. Quiet neighborhood and super easy check in and access.

Nice and cozy weekend getaway

We were out of town for a dart tournament and found this wonderful away from everywhere little suite. Cornfield to the west and quiet neighbors across the street. We will definitely stay again when back in SF.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife & I wanted a dog-friendly place where we could celebrate our 35th Anniversary. This property really delivered. It was exactly as advertised. Though the owners were right next door, we never heard them & they never heard us. I did visit with the owners our first morning & found them very friendly & helpful. We loved the place & so did our dog. We will be back.

Perfect alternative if you are tired of hotels!

This place was so clean and organized! We were tired of staying in hotels while visiting our kids at their colleges so I looked for an alternative. This place was perfect! It was easy to find, check-in was easy, and it had everything you would need. I liked that there were Q-tips and flossers(it’s the little things) and the place was nicely done and decorated well! We will stay here again and highly recommend.

Relaxing stay along our travels

We were traveling for our son’s wedding in Black Hills. We stayed here for two nights. The instructions were easy to follow and the room was very clean. It has a fenced in yard which was great for our service dog. Plenty to do near home. This is a room with minni fridge and microwave, in case your needing full kitchen . If we find ourselves in the area again, we will be back!

Great place. They thought of everything. The fenced in backyard was great for our fur babies. Great neighborhood. Quieter than a hotel/motel. Can't say enough good about the place. Left my smart watch and charger in room and they mailed it back to us. So thankful. We will recommend to everyone we know.

Fantastic!

I brought my two dogs and went to a show at the Denny Sanford center. This house is in a subdivision where I felt really safe walking my dogs at night. Cute spotless studio with nice sized privacy fenced backyard was perfect to let my dogs run around. Worked out very well. Would definitely recommend it.

Sioux Falls stay

If I could give more than 5 stars for our stay in this wonderful property, I would! From the very beginning, Abby was fabulous to communicate with before we arrived and once we were there, both her and Chad were extremely friendly and helpful!! They have thought of everything you could possibly want and more..even for our pups! The back yard was awesome for our pups to run around and the bathroom is beautiful!! We will highly recommend this property to all passing through Sioux Falls, SD and it will be at the top of our list to return! Thank you for such a wonderful stay❤️

Clean, Quiet & Comfortable

This property has so much more than a hotel offers! One of the reasons I use vacation rentals is for the quiet and comfort. We got that and more! Abby adds nice touches too like munchies on a tray and robes and slippers! Very comfortable! A couple of things we noticed were the floors are not level in the room and the shower door is narrow. Nothing that would change our 5 star rating however!
