Lowest tier stay hot tub broken book area gross. There was a guy waiting to check in for over 30 min. Very entitled front desk guy worst side of town. No bugs clean room you have to ask for room service didn't even empty the trash

Dont belive the photos. First room were we placed in was filthy. Moved to another room which was better, but below what we expected. Actually cut our trip by a day. And left early.
