Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, four upstairs, and an independent guesthouse offers its own private suite with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and sitting area — ideal for family, friends, or staff who desire extra privacy.

At the heart of the home lies a stunning open kitchen, perfectly equipped for culinary gatherings. It includes two large refrigerators (one American-style with ice and water dispenser), two combi-ovens/microwaves, two dishwashers, a wine climate cabinet, and both a Boretti gas BBQ and a Green Egg barbecue for outdoor dining. The adjacent dining area opens directly to the terrace, where every meal comes with a sea breeze and a spectacular view.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
