Accommodation
The villa is a spacious unconventional Villa, with a unique shape, traditional Sardinian stone and a modern touch.
The Villa is organized on different levels with 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
To complete the indoor, there is a spacious area dedicated to the fully equipped kitchen, internal dining and living room, from which you can admire a fantastic sea view.
Outside there are different areas: the terrace with amazing views, the green garden, the patio with outdoor dining area and the “sea garden”, an area of the garden where to sunbath, or admire the sunset located face to the sea.

Villa Stella Maris is located at the end of a dead road right in front of the sea on the marvelous Genn'e Mari Bay. The Villa has direct access to the sea on the rocks and is just approximately 5/10 min walk away from the sandy beach. Approximately 1 Km away from the nearest restaurant and supermarket.
Torre delle Stelle
Torre delle Stelle is a wonderful residential village on the Southern coast of Sardinia, 30 Km East from Cagliari. It is named after the Saracen tower on the top of the promontory between two marvellous sandy beaches, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa. With its fine white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, wild rocks and nature, Torre delle Stelle is a perfect escape plan from the city’s routine, a place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the Mediterranean nature.
Tips
It is highly recommended to rent a car to discover the natural beauty of the surrounding area, and get to a wider selection of restaurants and bars

Tolle Lage, ungewöhnliches Haus

Die Lage ist einfach unglaublich. Der direkte Meer-Zugang ist ein wahres Geschenk und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Urlaub gemacht. Checkin und Kommunikation mit Gloria und ihrem Team waren perfekt. Gloria hat immer sofort geantwortet und uns geholfen. Das Haus hat eine ungewöhnliche Architektur und ist sehr großzügig. Uns war es fast zu groß (lange Wege 😉) und uns fehlten Kleinigkeiten bei der Küchen-Ausstattung. Alles in allem dennoch eine tolle Unterkunft, aber bei dem Preis hatten wir bei manchen Punkten (Größe des Kühlschranks, keine Fliegengitter) zugegebenermaßen recht hohe Erwartungen. Etwas störend ist auch ein Party Haus in der Bucht direkt am Strand, welches die ganze Bucht zumindest am Wochenende mit Musik beschallte. Darum nur vier Sterne bei der Gesamtbewertung. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus! Leider schließt die Tauchschule in Torre, sonst würden wir gerne wiederkommen!

Spezielles Haus - leider nicht gut unterhalten

Gloria und ihr Team waren super: sehr gute Kommunikation und aufmerksam. Das Haus hat einen sehr speziellen Grundriss, aber cool. Leider - und das haben wir Gloria auch so weitergeleitet - ist das Haus nicht gut unterhalten. Die Fenster lassen sich zum Teil nicht richtig schliessen und die hölzernen Fensterläden sind zum Teil wirklich sehr verwittert. Ausserdem besteht die Inneneinrichtung aus absolut lieblos zusammengewürfelten und auch abgenutzten Möbelstücken. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Kleinere Mängel (z.B. defekter Seifendispenser oder fehlende Abfallsäcke) wurden von Gloria umgehend behoben.

Beautiful

The house has a quirky layout making the most of its perfect location next to the sea. Beach is beautiful and a v short walk over the rocks. Amazing sunsets. Gloria and her team were great. It all made for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday :)

The location is super

All bad clean and perfect. You have to bring some anti mosquitos as there are many .the garden is super and the beach is nearby. Just a little walking. We will absolutely return. Thanks to the manager for her kindness about everything

Peculiar architecture in strategic location

Great location with easy access to beaches in Villasimius and Costa Rei. The plus of this house is the direct access to the sea (on the rocks), and easy walk to the local beach. We enjoyed the fantastic sunsets and dancing nights lit by the full moon, drinks in the garden and well functioning air conditioning and internet (which is not a given). We got used to the peculiar architecture of the house after 1-2 days (lots of keys to manage the numerous gates). The kitchen could be better equipped and organized.
