"Room was odd shaped. And hard to get in and out of. The bathroom had hairs left over from the guest before us. The front deck attendant at check in was less than friendly and welcoming"

"The shuttle bus was convenient and easy to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, when we signed in the shuttle the next day was booked for when we needed to leave so had to take the earlier one and missed the breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming. "

"Building was under renovation, during the stay lights for the entire building we’re flicking on and off, while we were trying to take showers, I had only two towels with six individuals. The showers also had no shampoo or body soap. AC was inconsistent turning on and off. The fridge wasn’t working. As well as the lamp light was not working. And the big concern of them all was that the entry door would not lock and secure my family and I."
