The shuttle driver picking us up at the airport was on time and the front desk person was very helpful with some questions we had. We were trying to get to Union Station for an Amtrak trip the next day and she suggested we get on the transit train close a sister hotel. The shuttle driver was able to take us to the train stop and showed us how to purchase tickets. Above and beyond what we expected. That made our stay there extra great!
