The room was as advertised, it was clean, spacious & comfortable. Bathroom amenities not far from room & clean. The staff on check in were friendly, welcoming & so very helpful. My only negative was the noise of doors & corridor & bathroom noise during the night at all hours preventing sleep.

Courteous uniformed staff and good facilities. A cut above the usual country pub accommodation. We stayed in one of the elevated units; not the pub rooms or motel rooms.

The rooms were quite clean & the staff members were quite good & helpful, but I did not like the after hours way out of the hotel. It was smelly and had dirty water to hop over. The rooms with shared amenities are not properly positioned. Kids will have to pass through the pub to get to their rooms.

We stayed in a pub room upstairs (no.3) and it was great value. We stayed 2 nights for $115, and we were very pleased with everything. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the showers (shared) were great. There was a bit of traffic noise as we were on the road side (which you'd expect as its on the highway), but if you shut the blind, it muffled it quite well. But we like waking up in a light room, so before we went to sleep, we opened the blind and put on our trusty white noise app and had no trouble sleeping. A great place to stay that was super easy on the wallet and so close to the lovely Pokolbin.

You literally step from your room into the beer garden. The pool table is also in the beer garden. It was obvious we would not be able to sleep here so we left and found other accommodation. We did consider asking for a room upstairs but those rooms overlook the main road which is very busy with noisy heavy vehicles.

Overall the stay was quite pleasant. Much better than some of the motels around. The Pub served good food & a good cold beer. The rooms are a little basic but they were clean & very affordable. Would definitely stay there again if in Singleton.

The beds sheets towels excellent. General room condition you got what you paid for. My only complaint was the condition of the bathroom could do with a complete refurbish. Room 16 that is where we stayed. Would I stay again absolutely. It's cheap and good enough if its for sleeping and attending a fuction. The staff are just lovely. Price appropriate.

Excellent price for a single room. I wish i could have been able to open the window for fresh air - but then the highway noise may have been more noticeable. Bathrooms were good. Staff were lovely , the food was great.

Basic property, but good service. The experience has been mixed. 1. We were given a room that, although indicated ensuite, was not so. 2. The AC in the room was too weak and we were given a fan. 3. We were moved to a new room with an ensuite, but the AC was still weak with very slow cooling. 4. We found spiders in teh room, which we were able to exterminate! 5. On the last day, the room was not made up and, on hindsight, teh cleaners used the room without cleaning as I found the TV running when I got back and the pillows arranged differently than when I left it! The on-premises stuff were quite helpful and the food delicious. When you order the linguini, order extra chilli flakes and salt. :-) I would recommend it!
