Hotel is new and beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely and very clean. Hotel is spotless. Supplies in room are abundant. Buffet breakfast that is included was very good. Reminded me of Riu resort in Las Cabo’s Only reason I gave 4 star rating is the room was freezing when we checked in to it. They keep lights and heat off while not in use which makes sense for environment and costs. You must use your room card in room to activate. Very simple etc. But the room was so cold as our stay was during very cold temps in Toronto after the snow storm. We had to keep our coats and hats on for quite a while to let room heated up I think staff should have turned heat on an hour before check in time.

My stay at Nobu Hotel was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and precise. The room was spotless and luxurious. Breakfast was unforgettable—one of the best I’ve had in my travels. The staff’s friendliness and dedication truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back!

Room was fine. Guys at door were rude an unhelpful. They made me feel intrusive as we unloaded the vehicle and checked in. Bartender in past made you feel important. That was no the case this time. Waited for a table, while waiting went out for a smoke and lost our table. Was not impressed.
